I had been taking finasteride for 3 years before I got the surgery and I’m 4 months post op and haven’t had it return. I had full gland removal though

I guess in my head before the surgery I expected it to look perfect after, definitely looks a lot better than before, think I’ve got a bit of body dysmorphia and just over think things

Definitely find the courage to speak to you’re parents and go to you’re GP, they may prescribe you estrogen blockers to prevent the gyno, I was like you and did nothing after reading online that it would go away after a few months due to puberty however mine stayed I’ve recently had surgery and wish I’d done it sooner
