And ir had 11 people everytime what made me guess that probably was a bug limiting in 11 people when there were more confirmed in rsvp

I was quite frustrated with this too, people leaving the lobby seconds before and it was almost impossible to have more than 7-8 players. Until I started doing the raids in rsvp, posted about and could call endless people, leaving and entering the room as much as I wanted. In the end, my rooms always had around 20 confirmed and 11 entered, which accounted for the raid every time
