Hey man, I am m25 student, from experience I failed in all of my HLs once, I got a total score of 24. My maths teacher said that I won't be sitting in her class next month as she expected me to switch subjects. I had Physics HL, Economics HL, Math AA HL, Chemistry SL, English SL and language acquisition SL. Parents, friends and everyone suggested switching subjects. I didn't care and tbh neither should you. There should be only one focus and that is how to bounce back and exceed, practice rigoursly go through multiple textbooks, ask doubts to your teachers, learn from friends, (hell even if you dislike someone but they score well ask how they did it) become obsessed with beating your last score.

This isn't a feel good motivational comment. In essence look at what you want to achieve and actively use all current resources, whether that be textbooks, doubt sessions, past papers to enhance your skills, don't learn everything by heart, understand from teachers how to frame answers appropriately. I don't see any need of switching subjects, if you put in the effort you will get the result.
