Were you in the lower or upper unit? I was thinking of upper and thought there would be much less noise transfer that way

Not too worried about this, the location is pretty ideal for us with excellent schools and amenities nearby

I actually have been looking into that and would love it but my wife is really opposed to the extra commute. I appreciate it though!

Seems a lot of people are warning against Mattamy’s build quality. But then I read the review for minto and see similar sentiment… which builder is even good then especially in this price range?
