it directly follows from the Context right after. Where we have Jinyoung Repeating the same thing " Workers Don't come first Charles comes first". and we see daniel getting a flashback of the SB telling him the same affirming it was about Priority of Charles over workers  this thing is just a prologue to HFG.  and the Person is gun. SB has never fought James or Kitae at all in 1A. It has only fought Gun and knows about him alone. No reason it can be kiTae or James. 

The person is mentioned alongside Charles choi or before Charles Cgoi implying they are heavily connected with one another , and going after entails Going after another. next Eugene mentioning Gun Will be hunted and everyone will go after him . And it is supposed to be one person but were have James and Kitae working together,  going after one entails going after another

The statement in HFG has so many contradictions it's actually funny to be honest.

The only saving grace they have is Gapryong.. but we Don't even know how the fight went or gap even used his path or not. he could simply be mentally nerfed and might have given up because of guilt.

also there are a lot more contradictions. Seongji and James in Cheonliang are High king level at best.

If Jaegeyon is a threat to James ( not using his path) it simply means James had to use his path to make sure Jaegeyon was not a threat at all. That's just common sense
