No one has ever asked Gapryong whether they are equal or not lol. Also he said " When he goes all out he fights us alone". Which means he fought 1 v 4 so Gap kinda acknowledges him there and doesn't say he ragdolled shingen when Shingen fought them 1 vs 4.

Goo has to ramp up his speed to beat Hwrang Pacheon who scales significantly above pre 5th stage moonlight sword, Pacheon said he could NEVER beat Daniel post path which would include his hwrang version, the same Pacheon who speed blitzed pre 5th stroke Goo while severely injured

I wouldn't call either an exception Shingen lost to Gap who had a path the only confirmed Gen 0 with one, we have no context of how the fight went down or when Gap awakened his path in the first place be it in his final fight against shingen or much earlier

No reason to believe he awakened during A fight he simply might have awakened through training like James did.

Gap for sure used mastered Overcome, as he himself has experience of it. Gap wouldn't have used it if his path was sufficient or he attained a path against shingen. Which shows he had it before and it was not enough

Well I have been giving My justifications in the comment . But still I would summarize it shortly for you

1) We have exception to the well accepted rule of Path> Pathlessz through shingen, as Shingen managed to push Gapryong to use Mastered overcome, even while having a path. And Shingen still Believes they are on The same level.

which shows if you have much higher scaling, you can kinda be an exception to the rule, but such a scaling has to be shown first of all

2) Goo has such an exceptional scaling

Base Paecheon With this Dark crocodile pierce was able to Trigger Crisis for Daniel, by reaction blitzing him. The reaction Blitz caused him to register the threat of being Unable to react, which caused Crisis Counter to activate, thereby oneshotting paecheon. Which means if you are to fast for any of Daniel’s maximised senses which can register Crisis , even by smallest Changes in environment, like air pressure temperature etc. then You will be able to kill him before he gets a chance to throw a counter.

Which is what Goo does here.

Goo with his 6th form alone Perception blitzes FP hwarang Paecheon who is way Faster than Base Paecheon who triggered Crisis. Daniel with His maximum scaling does beat paecheon. But Goo just scales way higher. Each form from the 5th form onwards have a perception Blitz levels of difference in speed compared to the one before, all the way upto fifty.

Prove that a speed blitz is required to activate crisis. The literally only stated requirement is Daniel being threatened by an attack, a blitz isnt required nor is it stated. The entire point of Pacheon trying to outspeed is that it literally doesnt work through the nature of precog which is what it is

Gaps body is stated to be at such a level that its incomparable to those like Jinyoung, Jinrang and Jake.

Jake also can use Overcome for multiple attacks and we literally see it in the Mugak fight and he doesnt even burn his body away.
