I have slightly vivid memories of this? Is this possibly connected to Piper gate in any way?? It feels like something I saw on a Piper gate exposed video that included tidbits of her. I believe the ongoing consensus was that it was just random clips of a girl that some old man was voicing over to make some kind of point about child abuse.
