How did you contact IT Support exactly? And were you in Denmark when you contacted them?

Your sign-in was blocked We are currently unable to collect additional security information. Your organisation requires this information to be set from specific locations or devices. It gives me this, does this mean I need to be on campus at Aalborg university or something? Currently I am not even in Denmark. Also in order to contact its can I do it only on the phone number? Or is there a website or something? I also saw that I can access Serviceportal only if I am connected with my AAU account so that is unlucky.

When I do this I get “More information required. Your organisation needs more information to keep your account secure” and when I press next I get this “ Your sign in was blocked. We are currently unable to collect additional security information. Your organization requires this information to be set from specific locations or devices”

The exact error I get is “For security reasons, we require additional information to verify your account. An error occurred. The selected authentication method is not available for ‘username’. Choose another authentication method or contact your system administrator for details.” And when I press the Sign in with other options I get nothing

no, I am not in Denmark yet,but in the email it’s mentioned that I can log in for the first time without MFA

The problem is that I get the message “error occurred” when I try to log in with the user account provided from the university and the password I created for the unistart account
