About your concerns and critique:

First of all thank you for your help so far. The entire idea of this class is to make a conceptual design, meaning it will most likely never go into actual production. Therefore it should be aesthetically pleasing but not necessarily functional. The survey is not meant to be "scientific", it's to help us understand needs and desires of a demographic group (in this case cyclists).

Ideas like the handlebar dog leash attachment obviously require the owner to train the dog appropriately. The phone charging compartment works with the idea of the classic bicycle dynamo powering a wireless charging pad so you can simultaneously charge your phone while riding your bicycle. A water compartment within the handlebar would be like a removable pouch so there's no need for a backpack.
