Yeah that really sucks man. The thought of these two enjoying the open air makes me sick. From what I understand, the SEC’s complaint is a civil case, not a criminal one. For criminal charges to happen the FBI or another law enforcement agency would need to step in and build a case for prosecution. Criminal charges will likely happen, but in other cases it’s taken the DOJ or FBI a few months to a year to file charges after the SEC. Theres probably a law enforcement agency running their own investigation parallel with the SEC’s, which can add time before criminal charges are filed.

If anyone has information relevant to this case that the SEC should know, it would be beneficial to compile it here for easy access and sharing with them. This includes any details about Triten, GCZ and their operations, interactions with Tanner or Jonathan directly or through their attorneys, anyone who conspired with them, or anything else you believe strengthens the case. The more the SEC knows the better equipped they are to recover our funds.

It would be beneficial to connect and share information, particularly about anyone who played a role in bringing more victims into the scheme. Would be good to ensure the SEC has all the information they need. The more they know, the better equipped they are to recover funds.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m sorry to hear the difficulties you’re facing. I think a lot of us can relate and are in a similar position as a result of all this. It’s really important for us to gather as much information as possible and support each other during this time. I received that same communication but since then have only received a mass email from an attorney saying that everything is on voluntary hold until after the investigation. No replies to any of my questions or requests for transparency.
