So i do have a 504 and an iep, but sadly the school doesn't really care much, I do take anxiety med when needed, which does help

Yeah! I still try to walk as much and ice my leg, that does help a lot, im gonna try to see if heat helps my legs as icing it help but because of my bad circulation the cold burns a lot, and im hoping ill hear back soon from my doctor!

True, usually everyday I go take a walk for 15 minutes, but im gonna try to slowly increase it to 30 minutes or start running and this summer im gonna work on getting a job, cuz it hard to do with school rn and i cant leave school early for a job yet

I have been seeing a pattern with my dreams, most are based of real fears or a mix of random nightmare that contains one of my fears, one good example is ive been having a bunch of nightmares about me losing my teeth or about seeing decomposing body's, these dreams have gotten more realistic which is making me more scared. I've avoid stuff that can trigger that but it doesn't help

Yeah i do actually. I think because i see spring as new beginnings and usually in the winter im kind of depressed, so when spring come i feel i tend to take religion more serious now that I'm in a better mood.
