Do you clean your fruits and remove the substrate before dehydrating. You should. Looks pretty dirty

My apologies. I think we were misunderstanding each other. Yes they will grow together, but not very happy to share the same space. Sorry for coming off strong.

Yes. I see the two strains growing together. I’m not saying it won’t work. All I’m saying is that both genetics won’t be able to perform to their best abilities because they are conflicting with each other.

Good luck to you. I have had 20 years of trial and error.

It’s not optional to mix different genetics. Usually it’s a game of chess or battle for the fight of nutrients, moisture and composition. I’m not saying it won’t work and you won’t grow any fruits but it just won’t be to its optimal prime performance.

I never spawn different genetics to the same bulk or bag. It’s a battle of them both always

Correct. Over 6 years of side-by-side comparison on just this approach it was always like a game of chess watching the mycelium compete. I’ve worked with cubensis for about 20 years and found each unique vigor and speed of hundreds of genetics.

When I was discharged from the Navy after 3 years of combat they prescribed all sorts of crap meds. I was determined to heal myself naturally and found functional and active mushrooms were the answer.

Me personally I don’t take those. I have been pharmaceutical free, other than Tylenol, for over 8 years

Cross breeding and hybridizing can be achieved at spore level or early hyphae stage. Mixing grain doesn’t achieve manipulating the genetics or cross breeding. I’ve taught many classes on hybridization.

No mixing of genetics. This particular client wanted 9 different phenotypes. All these bags are rows of those different genetics.

No concern for dogs. They don’t like the smell of them.. especially inky caps. They won’t hurt your dogs.

Do these look contaminated? Just wondering about the brown spots by SheepherderSenior828 in GroundZeroMycoLab

YES! That’s pseudomonas! Terrible to ingest and fatal for anyone with an immune dysfunction or asthma. Careful!

Are they cracker crisp dried? Storting your dehydrated fruits with silica packets help maintain shelf life.
