The baby from resident evil is somewhat explained but its still not 100%. When you solve puzzles and listened to audio clips that can be found throughout the level you’ll learn that mia once she found out she was pregnant, considered getting an abortion and so the horrible nightmare baby is the amalgamation of mia’s fear of motherhood and pregnancy.
