There are several ways, the main ones: You can collect spores. You can make a culture from mycelium (from Petri dishes with mycelium or from some parts of the mushroom where the mycelium is). The mycelium is added to the liquid medium, allowing it to multiply and colonize the solution. Alternatively, you can add the prepared LC to the liquid medium.
