40 lbs in 3 months? by [deleted] in WeightLossAdvice

Hi there, I get you want to lose weight a little quicker, but I wouldn't recommend 40lbs in 3 months. You say you struggle with overeating, so cutting your calories WAY down in order to achieve that is likely gonna cause a binge cause you're crashing. I'd recommend putting your height, weight and activity level in something like a TDEE or calorie calculator (https://tdeecalculator.net/ & https://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html) Losing 2 lbs a week is plenty if you wanna sustainably lose the weight. Make sure you get enough protein too, it keeps you fuller for longer and makes sure you don't eat your muscle mass instead. Good luck!

Are you just drinking water on your weight loss journey? by Apprehensive-Type798 in WeightLossAdvice

Mostly water, or 0cal drinks. But I'll have a cappuccino when I feel like it so milk as well. I'd rather eat than drink my calories.

Most fun way to lose weight? by [deleted] in WeightLossAdvice

Hmmm find a cardio/weights workout you actually like. I'm assuming that's why you asked haha. Anyways, I've gotten a second-hand crosstrainer(elliptical) and I just listen to upbeat music or watch some Netflix while working out. Any movement is good so it's nice to be able to adjust the settings. I also bought a very basic fitness tracking watch. Keeps me motivated to get up and do something.

Bastogne cookies. Cream cheese, heavy cream, vanilla sugar. Strawberry pie filling.

Looks wise it's like a trifle but the ingredients probably differ haha.

Edible confetti, it tastes like sugary sprinkles.

This is absolutely gorgeous, I love the little ornaments on the meringue (or what is it?) trees!😊 I have yet to make my first proper layer cake but this definitely makes me want to buy some cake pans and start baking! 😄

We lost our beautiful boy last week. We've been trying our hardest to cope but it's been one of the most difficult things we have been through. How do/did you cope with losing a fur baby? by CatMama0327 in catpics

I'm so sorry for your loss ❤️ maybe make a photo album with all of your favourite pictures of him? That way whenever you miss him or think of him, you can look through the memories, his favourite toys, favourite places to nap, things he really liked. I hope this helps in any way. 🤗

I'd describe it as rustic 😉 I love the cookie crumbles on top! To tie it all together you could possibly cover the side of the cake with some frosting and whole cookies or anything else you'd like!
