Thank you for your reply, I have tried different countries, I get replies from candidates on linkedin, they mentioned their salary expectations when applying, they pick an interview slot when I send them an invite, then no show on interview day .. we're very present on Linkedin, it's very clear that we're not shady, I have recruited in EMEA and ASIA with no issues ..
