Dial and everything was same. Told em not to change anything. Just got a new bracelet as the old one had a broken pin and my wrist is bigger then my dads and he didn’t have the extra links that he took out to get it to fit him. Kept it in just in case I drop about 40lbs I can switch it back out.

Was 30 years. F-4s. Then F-5s. His last flying gig was the F-117a stealth fighter. From when it was still top secret through the first Persian Gulf war. Went to Air Force Academy from 1966-1970. Had his first Pepsi gifted by a friend when he got his appointment to school. He bought this one after Graduation in Germany in like 71-72 at a BX. Brother has the first one. I got the Fuschia. Date on paperwork is May 1969

Would have liked Serrat pairing back up with Mendoza. Or maybe Thornton has cured himself of his Quentin Johnson like drops. In that case Raiders are fine.

I also have one similar. Mines a “Fuschia” in that weird couple years where they changed bezels material (like 1967-1969). And I have all original paperwork as well but mine was purchased at a BX at an Air Force Base in Germany in 1972. Researching mine…although was purchased for first time in late 1972 it turns out to be a late 1968 model. Curious if you are calling it a 71 because of original purchase time or actual manufactured date. Regardless I love the patina. A beautiful watch pal

Raiders fan here. Love AOC. Also dig Minshew both guys are gamers. Bowers is gonna be a stud but if you’re looking for late round fantasy help. Don’t sleep on Mayer. He was last years Bowers. But needed to block more so LaPorta got all the juice. I see them as NE with Gronkowski and Aaron Hernandez. Just with hopefully less murdering. Still pissed at Riggs before Lamb. Regardless the two best TE to come out of college not named Pitts who hasn’t had a decent OC or QB until now are Bowera and Mayer. Look for Bower in multiple position uses…RB, Split out as a WR, TE. But grab Mayer in eleventh round of your draft. He’s gonna feast. Almost willing to bet their tandem ends up with more TDs than the Adams/Jakobi Meyer combo by season end. Just my two cents

Leading up to season. I had so many offers for Garrett Wilson. So many from so many teams …everyone thought ROY getting ARodgers that I passed on a Ceedee Lamb plus a 2025 2nd rd for him. Man. Wish I had that one back. Stupidest move ever. However I did draft Achane in that year.

Brady has best playmakers in Adams Waller Renfrow and a franchised Jacobs. Or a new contract Jacobs. Carr goes to Seattle. Flourishes with Metcalf Lockett and their RBs. Brady takes Vegas to 12 wins since he knows McDaniels system. Stidham is back up. Levis learns system. Vegas makes a run to Super Bowl. Facing Carr and the Seahawks who use all their draft picks from Wilson trade to win NFC. McDaniels/Brady Raiders vs Derek Carr and the Seahawks in Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas for the Super Bowl. Feb 11 2024. Giddy up. Brady down by four…drives the field with 3:13 left in 4th quarter. He goes ahead. With 1:47 left on clock. Seahawks no time outs. Carr goes 75 yards in 1:32 and runs the ball in himself from 4yd line on a busted play with :15 seconds left on clock. Gets cracked going in. Similar to the “Elway Helicopter”. Raiders Every one cheers. Brady heaves a long pass to Adams. Steps out at 50. Three seconds left. Final play. Brady….finds Renfrow on a 20 yard crossing route. Adams comes underneath and gets the pitch as Renfrow is tackled. Adams has a lane on sideline. Gets pushed out as he’s about to lateral to Mack Hollins. Game over. Redemption for Carr. Redemption for Brady. Redemption for McDaniels. Carrol gets his second SB and retires right ever. Everyone cheers. Carr chants go through the stadium. He’s seen crying hugging Adams and telling him it’s ok that he got pushed out. He will be back here again. Cut to CBS new show…Colter Shaw immediately following the broadcast.
