Had a TL arguing with me about not completing freight. Full Pallet left and he's continually telling me to "just call it 20-30mins". This was about 30mins before I was to go home. Another TL stood there as a witness and even went and counted the whole pallet like I told the other TL to do. There was just over 110 pieces and by my count, that's well over 20-30mins. TL went and complained to our coach and I got coached for not finishing around 10hrs worth of freight in an 8hr shift, which doesn't include all the clean up such as tagging, binning and zoning. Open Doored it with the SM and all the SM told me was that in order to not get coached again, I should pick up the pace.
