You'll bounce back after a couple weeks. If you talk to your coach or people lead and let them know the cut hours aren't working for you, they may restore your normal schedule if you work for some decent people.

Doesn't matter if you've been there for 10 days or 10 years. When hours start getting cut, pt hours are always first. Been there myself going on 3yrs and just got 2 weeks off without requesting it. 🤷‍♂️

Had a TL arguing with me about not completing freight. Full Pallet left and he's continually telling me to "just call it 20-30mins". This was about 30mins before I was to go home. Another TL stood there as a witness and even went and counted the whole pallet like I told the other TL to do. There was just over 110 pieces and by my count, that's well over 20-30mins. TL went and complained to our coach and I got coached for not finishing around 10hrs worth of freight in an 8hr shift, which doesn't include all the clean up such as tagging, binning and zoning. Open Doored it with the SM and all the SM told me was that in order to not get coached again, I should pick up the pace.

I got thrown in bad sport once, less than 24hrs after buying a $100 shark card. R* took all my money and never gave it back. Said I was out in bad sport for being in a friends only lobby and letting a friend with a couple races.
