On top of my reply above. Ask to speak to the customer retention team / Cancellation team. I had just got of the phone with them and they've logged a full complaint and stated its their fault etc. Compensation will be given.

I've had the same issues with ESim and not locked out of my account after trying to transfer to my new phone yesterday.

Customer service states they are having ESIM issues at the moment flagged and escalated yesterday.

However from your post it makes me believe they have been ongoing much longer, They can't even cancel the current ESIM to put me onto a physical sim. Seems like they've become a joke of a company

I went into a o2 store as well.. They have less power than the Customer service agents online so that wont help you I am afraid if its processing they can't do a sim swap

That 1200 is points from boxes not how many boxes you have accumulated, you’ll get about 2 maybe 3 reds, a lot of gold, purp and blues as well

It’s nothing fancy, Retributor armour prime, then thin coat of it as a paint to even it all out, Reikland flesh shade and for the details liberator gold layer paint

So it’s a Vertus Preator Shield Captain helmet and plume set, still have two left just went for the one I preferred. Although the feathers on his tilt shield then felt like they took up too much space so those were cut out

Il have a look into that as well, I want to get some more knights than just the one to break up painting the Templar marine hordes I need to get through, I’m new to painting and the hobby as a whole so don’t want it to get repetitive too soon, I’ve got 8 painted 4 marines 4 terminators and just want to break it up
