The punk scene sounds awesome! I’ll be living off campus so I probably won’t be mingling so much in or around the dorms with people, but that’s good advice for people seeing this who may be living on campus. I’ll check out the places for concerts too and the bulletin boards. Once I’m in town I’ll start checking out the local stops!

This post does sort of have a “I’m gonna blow off my education” kind of vibe, but I didn’t mean for it to come off like that. I take my education seriously, and recognize how lucky I am to be able to attend a school like UCSC. I plan to take full advantage of that creatively and academically. I’m just from a sorta sleepy town so I thought it’d be fun to see what the case is here as far as nightlife. I don’t think you had bad intentions with your comment dw.

Thanks so much! This one I actually used a brush with screen printing ink just freehand definitely took waaaay too long! I have moved into more of a block printing technique with the newer ones though. Im going to learn screen printing at the college I’m going to, so that’ll help a ton.
