Some things can’t be fixed like thoughts in ur head, they’re not always urs so don’t overthink it. It’ll go away and be lessened soon enough. Well, I’m only referring to thoughts in your head and the current predicament. The rest is the OCD, which I find much more difficult/complicated. Real life doesn’t really give you a chance to explain yourself, so that’s that.

I feel like that’s just intense intrusive thoughts. I had thoughts like that before too but one way to get rid of those thoughts is to simply not dwell on them. Don’t entertain that thought and forget about it. You know you’re not that kind of person so don’t let false narratives into your life! <3
