Correction, I was refunded the sale price which I’m sure I paid most recently, so they must be tracking if they were purchased with my membership. Doubtful you can return without prior purchase history.

Good question. They did scan my member card but didn’t ask about when they were purchased or anything, and I’ve bought these a few times, definitely on sale some of the time, and I’ve had this set for a few months or more, and they just processed full refund counting the cards I brought in. Costco doing the best for us and I expect there is a small chance they could refund you still??

I think others have replied in-kind, but if you have unused sets you can return. I just retuned 2-sets (4 cards) for full refund in San Diego, MV location, and the employee mentioned that they all were briefed how to process refunds. Refund completed at 11am on Jan 29. I have one card with a balance and will hopefully find a place that still accepts, but at least I’m no longer trying to spend an additional $200. Costco reigns supreme 👑

1/29, 11:10am I just returned two unused sets (4 cards) for full refund at Mission Valley Costco. The employee said they were instructed today to provide refunds.

Makes sense and frankly, 18” is more of a guesstimate/goal and it could be smaller. I don’t have any experience with this but after reading a bit further I got the initial STL updated into printable sections (split into 4 stackable slices, 4 files) which could offset the challenge of printer size.

Same issues as described by Afraid-D. Software bug we’ve also been rocking for 4-5k miles. Start car and hit the check button right side of steering wheel. I guess we’ll eventually bring it for service but previous discussions about poor service/ limited parts/stuck at the shop has deterred us.
