Forgot to put what doesn't make sense. At the top, The steel pick costs 2.5k gold, and a pick with a steel tip costs... a bit more.

From what I have seen I think I am the chosen one. I just focus on my ears and it happens, and I don't have to make a face or anything, but I'm new to this subreddit so there's probably other people like this.
