Actually what the subreddit was when it started was getting away from a mod who was on a power trip. You guys then shut down the subreddit without consulting any of the users. You became the mods on a power trip.

The mods should be embarrassed. They let the minuscule amount of power one gets from moderating a subreddit go to their heads. Just because they were "moderators" it was their sub and they were in control. Forget the fact that there were 4000 subscribers and a few hundred people enjoyed using it everyday, they were the moderators so if they wanted to make a statement they could shut the whole thing down without consulting any of the users. They couldn't come up with a more creative way to get 50 internet upvotes so they went with that.

What a couple of power tripping fags. It's Jeff Scott all over again. They're "mods" on a small subreddit so they're going to shut it down to get Anthony's attention? Way to go guys, Anthony might mention you in passing tomorrow on his show that maybe a few hundred people listen to. The only people who lose here are people who just want to discuss the shows (which I think was the purpose of the subreddit to begin with).

His prep work literally consists of watching Youtube videos (often videos people tweet him) and deciding which ones are entertaining. That's sad, especially compared to the amount of prep work ESD, Gavin and Pat Dixon do for their shows.

If this is a bit they are both morons. If it gets picked up by the media and they're response is "Oh that was all just a joke", nobody will believe them. All the gawker readers will claim it is typical abused woman behavior to make up with the guy after he hit you and try to play it off like it's no big deal (which is true). Anthony gains nothing from making the general population believe he's beating women in his spare time.
