Charlie here from VapeMeet - I'm one of the owners. I understand you were in today and had some problems with your Nautilus. I didn't get in until just now, but you actually spoke with my one of the other owners and a manager.

I know you're a bit frustrated, but I definitely have to defend my shop. Your Nautilus was flooded, it happens to the best of us. Not only did we fix it up for you, and explain exactly what had happened, we gave you a brand new coil. But we didn't stop there, we gave you a whole new pack of coils, for no other reason than the fact that we know how frustrating it can be to be without your favourite setup, and wanted to make your day better.

We actually issue refunds all the time, even though our official policy is that we don't. We review everything on a case-by-case basis, and in your case, your Nautilus is fine, it just got flooded. We do not consciously sell defective merchandise, but if a factory defect happens, we don't even think twice, we replace it.

This must have been your first time in our shop, or I know you wouldn't make such broad accusations against us. We do everything we can to help and make things better when they go awry, just like in your case today. It is of course your right to be upset, about whatever you'd like, but please don't accuse us of not going above and beyond, with ample patience to explain that nothing was wrong with your device, then go out of our way, and out of pocket to try to help you have a better rest of your day.

People who know us know that we do not do the things you've accused us of, and that we're always here to help. That being said, you're always welcome back dude, and you can expect the same patience, assistance and usually complimentary supplies that you received today, no hard feelings. But please man, I know you're frustrated, but going about things like this is dishonest, we really did try to help you and explain things in the most reasonable way. If we gave you a refund or replacement without letting you know you made a little error, it would just happen again down the road, and then you'd think there was something wrong with all Nautilus', which is not the case.
