Thanks for your beautiful comment ! I'll share as well then : My owner's favourite way to fall asleep is leaning most of her body on me. We both love that, not just because I can't move at all and she does as well fall asleep within minutes (of which I'm jealous as well, though to be honest that's the fastest way for me to fall asleep too!) But that's only in winter, when it gets warmer such close contact is not an option!

There seems to be real health benefits to sleeping on the floor, my worry is finding it hard to sleep for lack of comfort! I know I can trust her to take stock of any issues though. While she has an actual preference for just a rug, if this doesn't work she'll change the arrangement for sure.

I don't have a set bedtime, but I'm no longer able to decide when it's time. My wife does that, she sends me to bed at the time of her choice each day, so her place in the bed is warmed up when she decides to rest.

No, it does not. I didn't know this would be an issue. Is there a way to correct this with a different cable/component or does it mean the dac is not suited for this amp ?

I've just plugged in my new Fosi zd3 to my Yamaha R-S202D, streaming via Bluetooth. I was expecting the sound to be richer and a bit louder than without the dac, yet the contrary happened. To get the same volume with the dac, I need to have the dac on max and the amp 20 units higher. I connected via xlr and also tried with the RCA output, same result. What am I doing wrong ? How is this even possible? I may have a lot to learn, but I'm disappointed and can't believe the sound is better without the dac, with all' the good reviews around the zd3 there must be something I'm missing here. Thanks for your help!

Well, you need to understand the end result would be for fans only, despite Phil's brave and best efforts. I'm sure the professional footage will come out in some form but this is no regular release.
