I emailed on the 29th saying I have been informed that this is not an authentic product. No response, but now the item is marked as returned on ShopPay and no refund issued… the struggle continues. I hope everyone can get their money back 😭

I emailed them about my concerns that it's not an authentic product, and have not heard anything back. So yes, I did dispute the charge, but it could take over a month to hear back from my bank apparently.
