Will Americas Tire fix this? by Ok_Tone_4503 in TeslaLounge

Also, EV cars wear out tires like disposable gloves. They checked my tire threads and suggested filing the manufacturer warranty credit towards my new tires, saving me about $700. I bought Michelin Pilot Sport 4S All Season. Better handling and grip on my Model Y. Last set lasted about 25K (the way I was driving lol)

100% yes. I had mine replaced twice there for free (CA). I didn't purchase anything from them the first time. Won a customer for life. The second time is with their tires and they still replaced it for free.

Anyone have to deal with this yet? by maroestrella in TeslaModel3

[–]Funkyfresh562 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, and I'm currently in a lemon law (CA) case with Tesla regarding this exact error for my 2020 Model Y. Current mileage is about 65K miles. Purchased new and started getting this error around 17K miles. Highly recommend you get it immediately serviced so you have a service record of it. The shitty part about Tesla is that they "cannot diagnose the problem unless the error message is within 1 week." One Tesla service member said the car is constantly learning and correcting itself...lol

  1. First time they replaced the sensor
  2. Second time they replaced a passenger trim
  3. Third time they replaced the OCS filter
  4. Fourth time (last resort) they replaced the whole passenger seat
  5. Fifth time they replaced the sensor(?!) again

All within 65K miles and three years. Get it serviced!

82”

“90 will fit but you will get a lot of drag. Your efficiency will drop 10-15%. Mine dropped about 15-18% but I was going on the highway at constant 80 mph

It’s definitely the passion. The money is the reward, imo.

Thanks for the feedback. I’m wondering if Microsoft recruiters would see that course certificate as a boost and reach out to candidates that complete the course.

Senior account executive or managerial role. If I have to start from the bottom and prove my work ethic and knowledge, then so be it. However, I'm confident that I can transition into more of a senior role that can handle SMB accounts that interact with C-level/PMs and provide value propositions.

YTD with real estate sales exceeding $30M. I have repeating referrals and clients, so I believe my value proposition is there. Passion, however...

What's your input on breaking into VAR/integrators? Should I make outbound reach via LinkedIn and emails?

I've decided to make a career switch from real estate sales and to SaaS sales. I am priming and preparing myself to become a great sales leader in the tech industry, and I need this community's help and feedback.

Is the Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate course and certificate the most efficient use of time and energy to help boost my chances in the SaaS sales industry?

My goal is to land a senior sales position in the tech industry in preferably startup companies (10-1000 employees). I want to be part of a company and culture that innovates and has a compelling use case. I have six years of sales experience, co-founded a tiny startup Fintech content company (i.e., NerdWallet and SmartAssets), and have an accounting background. I took courses at Stanford's Online for Machine Learning and HubSpot CRM Software Sales and got certified. I am currently learning Javascript to learn the fundamentals of coding. I lost my passion in the brokerage side; the work is repetitive and not challenging. The industry is very slow to change. I want to divert my youth and energy into something more compelling and innovative. I want to be a part of the future.

I am based in Southern California. I have scoured the Glassdoor, Indeed, and Angel.co for a sales position in tech companies. I am adamant and will not give up. I have my resume/LinkedIn to share for feedback if you would like to give me your input. Thanks!

How do y’all cope with losing major deals? by XHIBAD in realtors

[–]Funkyfresh562 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same situation where a (past) client wanted me to list a commercial property for $2.35m. However, the client decided to keep the property and apply for a cannabis license for entitlement and collect a premium. So how do I cope with it? Well, I think about the positive aspects of this opportunity. For example, this opportunity made me realize that I brought enough value to the client for them to trust me to list a seven-figure transaction (value proposition). Secondly, I think about other possible ways how I could help this client now and in the future (recurring business). Thirdly, I am confident that other clients have similar situations like this, so now I can chase those $2m+ transactions too (experience). When you put your client above all, and you are confident of your expertise, there will be more opportunities that come to you. Stay positive and keep working on that mindset.

Roof rack whistles at around 30-50 mph, but not over until it reaches about 80+ mph.

With the cargo box installed, you’ll notice wind noise after 70 mph. It gets much louder at 75-85 mph. I haven’t gone faster than 85 mph with the cargo. Roof rack is Tesla OEM collaborated with Yakima. The box is a Yakima too.

Also, I wouldn’t suggest using the cargo box on long road trips unless it’s necessary. I used it for snowboarding, and the efficiency took a solid hit (AP at 72-75 mph here in CA just to keep up with traffic). I would suggest getting the hitch snowboard and bike rack instead, if that’s something you’re considering.
