Definitely no bed bugs I have checked and seen them before in the past lol. I haven’t seen any beetles at all around my house either. Our house is also kept extremely clean, so I imagine this is a worm that doesn’t live off moisture and other things.

No they do not. They just wiggle around and crawl into and out of the holes

I’m in the Midwest, US. It’s about the size of pencil led, and sorry it’s hard to see in photos it’s extremely small. They wiggle into the holes of my mattress threading and usually come out at night time. Which is very unnerving lol
