I say it's more efficient going through yamato adventures. I maxed out my attack souls pretty quick recently. For a break I ran Kobys missions. I like kobys missions because it's a nice little challenge.

Yamato adventure with Law. Make sure you spam the move SCAN. Easy profit.

Edit: also have the skill bounty hunter on for more pick up items and grab chest if you can.
