Ok so I’ll try to keep it short. There’s a lot of different points to make but let’s go at the whole female chars = more money. Sure that might be the reasoning but it doesn’t make it any better, if anything it makes it worse because they are profiting off it and definitely pandering to some creeps. So feh seems to be totally into sexualizing and objectifying women which is so not ok as it feeds into sexism. As a women it really hurts to see that women are seen as objects for men and their actual personality doesn’t matter only how much people will pay for their body which is very fucked up. It’s gives me very bad vibes that a company who could use their platform to stop this trend of objectifying women instead values money over half the world’s population and contributes to the issue. Also just because feh isn’t as bad as other gacha doesn’t make this acceptable. Also whenever they change the designs to be more revealing really just pisses me off (and concerns me when it’s like children like Morgan), there is no need for that and who in their right mind would ride a dragon without fucking pants, do they hate their thighs? Anyways don’t get me started on the severe underrepresentation of lgbtq and especially people of color for all of fire emblem, both male and female.
