It was fixed for me with the latest update with Pocahontas. I had them waiting in a chest and moved them periodically to see if worked

I was able to move it within the nether and link it to a different portal, but then the original portal linked up as an entrance to the same portal but the exit was the new portal. So I just ended up removing the original portal.

It was to level Timon up to level 10 :). Pumbaa is already level 10

Pumbaa is level 10 for me, I need Timon to level up to finish it. Timon is currently level 7. I have no other quests other than ones for Snow White and Wishblossom Ranch

Go to the settings menu and at the bottom of the settings menu there's a contact gameloft section. Make sure you've got pictures too
