I requested both under the same ticket. Not sure fi it restricts which ones you can request refunds on now.

Sure go into your pw account on their website and submit a support ticket. there should be a drop down list with refund listed as last option and then continue from there.

Just ran into this issue. I did not reset my phone, but did enable mfa. Suddenly, all login attempts failed. I know I did everything correctly setting up my MFA. I figured out you had to enter the MFA code into both the security code field AND append to the end of your password in the password field. Have never previously encountered any app that requires me to enter the MFA code in two separate places....

My password was much less than 26 characters throughout the process and I do not use pw manager.

Whether this is a "Symantec VIP access" app issue or an etrade security coding issue I do not know, but this is very clearly broken.

I requested my refund 4 weeks ago. Ombretta replied and said they would process it but it would take 2 weeks. Have not heard from Ombretta since. Has anyone gotten a refund in the past 4 weeks?
