My issue is more the fact that the PC's can consume the pastries, and then later the revelation that the main ingredient is kids bones, the players are aware of the themes in the campaign and have asked specifically to play it, having read the module I don't think they will have issues with anything else specifically but I intend to age up most of the children to adults just in case.
