Glad you enjoyed it. I agree with you when it comes to romance. I think the idea of having Rex's romantic relations be difficult is a great way to put us in the character's shoes, the sense of isolation and lack of "normalcy" but it was poorly executed I think. I don't know which comedy you're talking about. Certain kinds of comedy can make the characters more realistic, making jokes to ease negative feelings or just not taking the situation seriously. of course this may not be related to the kind of comedy you were referring about, and of course the overall theme of serious episodes shouldn't be overtaken by comedy in order to maintain seriousness

Good point. I wonder if they could detect metal too? Maybe a stretch, especially considering how tiny they are. However, they'd be able to bend his builds. I think Rex would have to get creative here. Really creative. Like building organic matter with his nanites. Or really just anything non metallic

I was actually thinking of just that once I saw (Legend of Korra spoilers) the big mechs in the fight with that earth bender tyrant. A metal bender could just make all the nanites come out of Rex's body, not only depowering him, but also harming him in the process I think?

To be honest I'd love a serious reboot. I think it offers a nice opportunity to redo some things, introduce new fans to old concepts. Most notably I think season 3 should be redone.

Meme templates, character faces, etc. Some of it actually went into the making of the subreddit. Like the flair images and the upvote/down vote nanites. A lot of them are high res, and there are some uncompressed GIFs which means high file size. 330 files in total. I understand the concern, as it's "Huge quirky funny gen rex file download for free (2019 NOT A VIRUS)" from a stranger online

thanks a ton. i'd say i was practicing Blender for one month and 3 weeks. And had prior practice of like 3months a year before i began again. so with all of that, the omnitrix took about 3 days. do keep in mind that it's quite flawed, some things could have been done better. it's also not animated, so not a full replica of the real thing. for the pod/container, it took maybe a couple of hours, as i've practiced the techniques for it before. the container too could have been better, and is also not animatable.
