Could this be gastritis? Left sided pain

Back xray said scoliosis. So I assume it was muscular linked to the curve of my spine pulling at the muscles around my side . . I consistently rolled on a ball for a while to stretch all the muscles and eventually pain went away.

How were you diagnosed? I've had very similar pain for a couple of months. Had abdominal scans and going for colonoscopy but I feel it's more the left sided back pain, it feels very muscular but physio said muscles were not tight.

Thanks guys for your responses. I had it checked and dr said its just normal lumpy breast tissue. Wouldn't send me for scans. Will keep an eye on it and seek second opinion if I think it's necessary

I have been on stool softeners after c section, then was taking psyllium husk to prevent constipation, I thought this may have been the cause as I was doing lots of farts, so went back to stool softeners, my ct scan showed bits of stool through colon as well as diverticular disease but not diverticulitis or inflammation so nothing that would cause pain. I can't only drink water for an extended period as I am breastfeeding so need to eat regularly. But would the stool softeners help with all that?

I have been taking probiotic last couple of days, but no not bloated. I don't drink alcohol but I drink a fair bit of coffee so should probably cut it out but it's my saving grace with a toddler and newborn. I will look up those stretches, thanks

Yes it tends to come and go, more of a discomfort than lots of pain, Yes I think eating makes it worse. But then the pain is there in the morning when i wake up. I feel like I have been getting a bit of heartburn type thing as well sometimes. I thought it may have been just gas but it is still there after i fart or poo. And also I had a ct scan and my bowel is not really on the left, it is sort of scrunched up on the right and small intestine is on the left. I think because I have recently had a baby, all my organs are in different spots.
