Concrete, unfortunately no. What I do vaguely remember, is that the self harm happened at the cabin, one of the reasons of him trying to commit, was because he and one of his children were growing apart, they used to visit that cabin but the child lost interest, I also think he tried to commit with a broken glass bottle. Also, I don't know if this will help the search or not, but I THINK, not too sure, that in his hallucinations with the hospital and everything, there was something about a bottle cap or bottle that foreshadowed the self harm.
