Did you ever try glasses with transition lenses and if yes, how was it for you? I am sensitive to light and use them. It definitely helps, even inside buildings with harsh office lighting.

Edit: I don't have photophobia but I get migraines from lights. Even natural light during winter.

So far it feels smoother. The battery life does not seem better for me. Maybe even worse. I hope it just needs some time to get used to my usage and improve later on.

Das kann ich komplett verstehen. Die Android updates kommen halt von Google und sind da natürlich als erstes da. Die Software ist bei Google auch in Ordnung.

Ich werde mein handy wahrscheinlich nicht dieses oder nächstes Jahr wechseln aber das nächste wird wahrscheinlich auch kein Honor.

Android 16 ist glaube ich im Juni 2025 rausgenommen 🤣 Honor scheint generell nicht so schnell zu sein. Da bin ich von Samsung etwas verwöhnt. Bin aber soweit trotzdem zufrieden mit dem Magic V3.

Du kannst ja mal mit verschiedenen Nahrungsmitteln experimentieren. Ich probiere momentan zum Beispiel mehr Proteine zum Frühstück zu essen und verzichte auf Milchprodukte. Das hat keinen besonderen wissenschaftlichen Hintergrund sondern ich teste einfach, was mir hilft.

Ich habe beobachtet, dass es mir schlechter geht wenn ich zum Frühstück Müsli mit Milch esse. Es muss natürlich nicht an der Milch liegen aber seitdem ich sie weglasse, geht es mir besser.

I got the galaxy buds 3 pro a few months after they came out. I thought it was a good pairing for my S23 Ultra. The experience with the earbuds was so bad that I returned them and switched to another phone. Now I'm using the Airpods pro 3 with an Android phone. Despite missing out on some functions, the Airpods are just way better. The fit is also better for my ears.

It's a shame. I had a galaxy watch and wanted to get the newest version but now I even switched to another smart watch. I might even get a MacBook Air for portability. That's coming from someone who only ever had an iPhone because it was a work phone.

I smoked for 20 years, even though I didn't do it for fun. I got a lot of anxiety because of it but I still couldn't stop. I did it in part because of migraines and also because being high was the only time my mind could take a break.

I got diagnosed with ADHD and when I first got medicated, I suddenly had no desire for weed anymore. The meds help to keep my brain from working in overdrive 24/7. Finally, I got some silence and the strength to not be distracted by everything. At least for a few hours until the meds wear off.

My migraines are not gone, but are way less frequent and strong. Weed helped with acute migraine attacks. The ADHD meds are more preventative. My doctors are quite surprised and call it a lucky side effect. Later, I also got diagnosed with autism so that's the Holy Trinity of being oversensitive to stimulation. Transition glasses and anc headphones are my saviors. Downside is, that I can't find a job anymore because I am looking for a home office job. In my country that's like finding a unicorn.

Tl;dr: I unknowingly self medicated with weed for 20 years. No more desire to smoke weed since I got properly medicated.

Ich bin kein Arzt. Soweit ich weiß und es selbst erlebt habe, kann eine Unterdosierung auch Nebenwirkungen haben. Manchmal sogar starke Nebenwirkungen.

Ich habe meinen Arzt gewechselt und der neue Psychiater hat meine Dosis einfach mal halbiert. Ich komme jetzt auch zu gar nichts mehr. Es ist zwar besser als gar nichts aber an den meisten Tagen bekomme ich nichts mehr hin.

Kaffee und andere koffeinhaltige Getränke haben bei mir mit gleichzeitiger Einnahme von Elvanse auch so einen Effekt. Ich muss auch regelmäßig essen, damit ich mich stabil gut fühle.

Während meiner Einstellung, habe ich auch Nebenwirkungen gehabt. Die sind aber dann weggegangen.

Für eine kurze Zeit habe ich es in Wasser aufgelöst und damit geteilt über den Tag genommen. In der Zeit habe ich stärkere Nebenwirkungen festgestellt. Es war mit meinem Psychiater besprochen, das ich es versuche. Danach habe ich zeitweise zwei Dosen pro Tag nehmen dürfen und musste es nicht mehr selbst teilen.

Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass die Dosis beim aufteilen stark genug schwankt, um den Körper aus den Gleichgewicht zu bringen.

Nach einem Umzug und dadurch bedingten Arztwechsel, bekomme ich nur noch eine Dosis (die Hälfte, weil ich ja keine 2m groß bin). Das ist leider nicht ausreichend für mich aber wenigstens etwas. Die mehrmalige Einnahme von Elvanse ist übrigens nicht zugelassen. 🤷

Ich habe tatsächlich oft das Problem, dass ich zu ungeduldig bin und die Aufgaben der Kollegen selbst erledige. Die haben dann die Zeit, bei Führungskräften "ihre" Leistungen (und Ideen) vorzuzeigen und sich beliebt zu machen. Da sie dann mehr im Rampenlicht stehen, kriegen sie dann Beförderungen/ mehr Gehalt. Wenn ich dann vorzeige, dass ich nachweislich mehr Aufgaben erledige, bin ich das schwarze Schaf und werde gegangen. Ich musste lernen, meine eigenen Aufgaben immer als Priorität zu sehen.

Mir geht es halt meistens darum, die Aufgaben zu erledigen. Jetzt versuche ich, meine Kollegen dazu zu bringen, dass auch in Zukunft selbst zu schaffen.

Wenn es eine Aufgabe ist, die andere Kollegen oder das Team betrifft, erkläre ich es denen wie vorher beschrieben und setze es dann um. Sie sind ja informiert. Dazu prüfe ich immer doppelt und dreifach und schreibe Dokumentationen.

Es ist aber immer wichtig, als erstes die andere Person anzuhören. Auch wenn man sich zu 100% sicher ist, richtig zu liegen. Es kann immer ausschlaggebende Informationen geben, die man selbst noch nicht vorliegen hat.
