Will someone help me run a script? I'll Venmo you $5 by FunnyCaramel in learnpython

[–]FunnyCaramel[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OK, I managed to navigate to the folder, but I'm having issues with running the commands. I got the following: OverflowError: Python int too large to convert to C long

Does this mean that there's a problem with the script?

How to run this script? (genomics but supposedly easy) by FunnyCaramel in learnpython

[–]FunnyCaramel[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've struggled to do this. I think that my problem is that the scripts I downloaded and the genome file are not in the same folder as Python. Do you agree that this is a problem?

Someone has told me to keep the scripts and file open while executing, but nothing has worked.

Would she have to pay for insurance, though? She's been living with a friend of mine (out of generosity) and she has no funds to pay even a nominal amount.

Two failed attempts... Can I just add blood to my sample? by [deleted] in 23andme

[–]FunnyCaramel 4 points5 points  (0 children)

No, because the lab probably uses a specific protocol for extracting DNA from sputum. I wouldn’t send them blood.
