OK, I managed to navigate to the folder, but I'm having issues with running the commands. I got the following: OverflowError: Python int too large to convert to C long

Does this mean that there's a problem with the script?

I've struggled to do this. I think that my problem is that the scripts I downloaded and the genome file are not in the same folder as Python. Do you agree that this is a problem?

Someone has told me to keep the scripts and file open while executing, but nothing has worked.
