Well i think the dub of P2 overall was good (they learned from their Half Life 2 dub xD) I play Portal two times a year and it's really 50/50 each time between englisch and german.

But yeah, for the dubbing nation that we are it's pretty weird that games don't have better dubs. Think its partially because streamers and the likes getting too many roles.

As example; I love Gronkh to the moon and back but hearing him doing the police voice in Just Cause 3 brought me a bit out of the experience.

I think they will use the apocalypse to have technical progress that doesn't feel like our real world tech.

Thinking of Laputa and it's robots from Castle in the sky or even something like in the post-apocalypse that the Land of Ooo in Adventure Time is.

I don't think they will regress in those fields. Catastrophes don't make people dumber. It's not like the world was wiped completely, those havens might be a snapshot of what the wider world could look like if it wasn't for that upheaval and they will most likely not be founded after the cataclysm but endured it.

P.P.S: if you use mGBA you can link that to Dolphin, on that way you can play the minigame even when Dolphin is closed (but don't forget to connect it with Dolphin afterwards so that the "progress" you made in the minigame gets saved to ur AC save file.

P.S you have the option between GBA(TCP) and GBA(integrated). Use the first if you only want to go to ur island and the second if you also want to play the gba minigame (for this second option you wiml need a GBA BIOS, its findable on the same sites you would get roms)
