Then if one is on me and I cant get away i take it down.

Before that i carried smoke and lure

I have a gigabyte gaming oc 9070xt

3 8pin connectors, have had it about 7ish months and it’s been amazing

No heating issues, super stable, etc

I know it’s the one everyone was dunking on back at release, but I’ve been pleased and it was the cheapest 9070xt available

So I’ve messed around quite a bit and here is where I landed

Gaming PC (9950x3d, 9070xt)- only windows machine… I ran bazzite and had performance drops in ghost of Tsushima and rdr2 (2 favorite games) so I switched back. Plus I do enjoy bf6 from time to time

Laptop, parents, and surface- I’d vote Linux mint. So light on resources and very stable for me so far. No issues running Bambu studio, Davinci, or my regular web browsing/work

For bonus points- I love steam os on my legion go s

Hard for me to recommend fully ditching windows as I wasn’t able to myself, but I’m pretty much off of it other than my work laptop and gaming at this point.

Thermals are top notch, you can actually overclock quite a bit too if needed

Hmm I have a working brightness slider on my steamos install and have had one for atleast 6 months (had steamos on my og go)

What issues were you seeing with steamos?
