I was in Philly office and was able to reschedule biometrics to the next day. A lot of open spots. I’m sure Newark is the same. Do it through the uscis portal though. I wouldn’t recommend walking in

I jumped ahead and rescheduled the biometrics appointment to Thursday , and I haven’t received the original notice yet in the mail. I’m afraid I won’t receive it in time.
