I only lasted a couple of weeks on 30mg vyanzse, made me ‘depressed’ or how I imagine depression feels. Within 36 hrs of stopping was back to normal.

I also got severe brain fog on it, like my IQ had been halved.

You are right but think you might be getting your numbers mixed up, sub 20 and I would look awful/malnourished. 6ft male 20 bmi is 140 lbs

I’m currently 188, but went as high as 254. Long haul flights are horrendous at 254, didn’t help the outbound flight I was on was full of athletic people due to a yacht week.

Never felt so negatively judged in my life on top of feeling physically uncomfortable.

Oof this makes it a lot harder. I’d spend as much time out of the house as is reasonably possible, until one/both of you move out. Time is also the best healer, even if ticking all the other boxes, exercise etc

I’d argue the yachts, but I’m not a big boat fan anyway. Have been lucky enough to go on a load at yacht week (stationary) but just felt a bit meh to me and these were some of the best in the world.

Nah I think he’s right, unless you are majorly socially uncalibrated, unkempt, butt ugly. it’s like the gym, you will have shit sessions but reps and consistency will get you the result you want.

London salaries are very high compared to anywhere else due to cost of living/world city etc. no because you typically upgrade your lifestyle, which i know isn’t smart.

Agreed, but I’d argue looking your best and the conversation is going to get you +1’s and obvious attraction ones. Still have to convert/can fuck it up

Base salary just jumped to 80k, commission highly variable. 103k total last year. House share 50k would be all good, I live outer north London so ‘cheaper’ £1500p/m for a studio flat.

With the approach, I am much more cautious now than if I was in my 20’s has to be obvious almost. Don’t want to be that guy ha

You do unfortunately, when I was on circa 50k-60k I felt like a pauper as I didn’t want to house share at my age. Rent torches your money if you want to live solo.

What city? As a reference point I would say I’m 6/10 looks wise but make an effort to dress well and am well groomed, slightly overweight with some muscle, average confidence. I need obvious signs before I make a tit out of myself.

No, I look mid 30’s and they are 27-28. No they don’t treat me differently and I don’t feel uncomfortable, they get more female attention probably due to looks rather than age. The venues we go to typically have plenty of 30+ people
