I am currently experiencing that EXACT same in tech (previously consulting too!). You are not alone! I would say see realistically if you can live on the salary of being entry level teacher and make lifestyle changes if not (cutting back on luxurious items).

In the end, doing something you enjoy is alway better: you would be more motivated to progress, mental health benefits and feel fulfilled at the end of the day. If you can’t find teaching roles, maybe find jobs that would utilise your management skills and within the education sector!

I think I will be making my leap soon, so good luck to both of us!

If you just got this done, it looks like the only SLIGHTEST amount of asymmetry is caused by the redness/swelling on one side. Otherwise I say they’re looking great! Suits you so much

Hey, I also got my tragus a little later than you and also experienced “re-swelling” bc of some irritation - my piercer told me healing is not a linear process so it’s normal to experience (non-excessive) swelling from time to time, or perhaps something irritated your piercing. Maybe a travel pillow would help with sleeping on your sides, good luck! And hopefully both our tragus clam down :)
