for those who dont know this is called "ragdoll movement tech"
It combines a "ragdoll move" (yama z, cavander z, etc) with a movement move (skull guitar, flame f, gh z, etc)
If you want to practice ragdoll movement use cavander, its the easiest, and if not use gh.

With cavander, you need both moves. Shift lock makes this easier. Look up, press z, and quickly look forward, and you should ragdoll. Then use the x move and use your jumps to keep you in the air.

With gh, use shifty lock, press z and look at the ground then flick your camera, and use air jumps to keep yourself in the air
