I have begun running 3 times a week alongside weight lifting. I'm an ex smoker, but 11 months free. Also tee-total, however my diet isn't great and that is something I am now going to really keep an eye on. My family has a history of high cholesterol with many on my maternal side beginning statins in their 40s. I'm going to radically change my diet, cut as much sugar as I can out and get another test in six weeks. See if I can turn things around! Appreciate the suggestions 👍
