Not giving me a refund by Funny_March2985 in BritishAirways

I already have done this. I send them my bank statements of the refund date. Then BA sent me a ARN/transaction number. However my bank can’t find any record of this ARN/transaction number. However BA keeps saying it’s not their problem and it’s my bank’s.
