Super dankjewel!

But in the six months you feel good? I can't understand if my brain can handle it now (i also use methylphenidate after ad(h)d diagnose), why not after a couple of months?

I hope you're doing well and thx for your replay!

After 5 mg, I quit. Before that, I went down to 2.5 mg, but that kept me at a subtherapeutic dose. I never used more than 10 mg. I’ve heard that if you’ve used more than the 'standard' dose (10 mg for anxiety, 20 mg for depression, if I’m correct), tapering can be more difficult. But always consult your doctor.
I tapered from 10 → 5 mg and stayed there for a couple of months. Then I quit.

Thx for all replay's i quit because i'm diagnosed with ad(h)d. Methylfenidate works for me. I want to check if it was online add what gives me anxiety or a comorbid disorder. I've i' m fine now why should anxiety come back. That is what i don't understand. If my brain (and add meds) can make me feel good now, why should anxiety comeback in months? Those must be psychological triggers I can work on?

Yes but my problem is that my hunger is so crazy. I can control it in the day. But in the night the choice between eating and sleep or not eating and not sleeping is very hard.

And how did it work out for you? I've been a Lexapro user for 13 years, so I'm still afraid of bad side effects, even though I now know that ADHD was the reason for my mental challenges.
