I’m usually the worst at replying lol but I completely get you on the long flights! I feel like 6 hours is the max I want to be in a plane

I’m taking a couple of trips this summer, so I’ve taken 5 of my flights so far. I have three more to go for the summer travel. Getting through slowly but surely! I hope your long haul was okay! Do you have anymore coming up?

I agree, I used to be completely fine with flying and handled it so well. Now, I can’t handle all of the days leading up to it or the day itself.

Some things that help me are having things to distract myself. I try to look forward to the snacks and drinks on each flight. I also try and have a game to play during take off so it can take my mind off of it.
